| 槲皮素是一种有价值的天然黄酮类化合物,具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗菌、抗糖尿病、抗癌活性,预防心血管疾病等。槲皮素是天然的抗氧化剂,可以保护我们的身体免受自由基的侵害,防止细胞损伤。槲皮素可调节细胞增殖和迁移、自噬等生物功能,抑制炎症细胞因子和酶的产生,使其成为各种炎症性疾病的潜在治疗剂。由于槲皮素低溶解性和生物利用度限制了在临床上的应用。设计和合成新的槲皮素衍生物来改变其局限性是目前研究的热点。槲皮素有多个易发生反应的官能团,可以发生许多类型的化学反应,如酯化反应、成醚反应,席夫碱反应、配位反应、铃木-宫浦反应、克莱森重排和曼尼希反应等。通过这些反应,已经合成出许多水溶性好,生物利用度高,生物活性明显改善的槲皮素衍生物。本文综述了近十年来合成槲皮素衍生物的化学反应类型,为天然产物的综合利用提供参考。 |

| Quercetin is a valuable natural flavonoid compound with antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, anti-diabetic, anti-cancer activities, and prevents cardiovascular diseases. Quercetin is a natural antioxidant that protects our bodies from free radicals and prevents cell damage. Quercetin regulates biological functions such as cell proliferation and migration, autophagy, inhibits the production of inflammatory cytokines and enzymes, making it a potential the*utic agent for various inflammatory diseases. The low solubility and bioavailability of quercetin limit its clinical application. Designing and synthesizing new quercetin derivatives to change their limitations is a hot topic in current research. Quercetin has multiple reactive functional groups and can undergo many types of chemical reactions, such as esterification reactions, etherification reactions, Schiff base reactions, coordination reactions, Suzuki-Miyura reactions, Claisen rearrangement and Mannich reactions. Through these reactions, many quercetin derivatives with good water solubility, high bioavailability, and significantly improved biological activity have been synthesized. This paper reviews the types of chemical reactions used to synthesize quercetin derivatives in the past ten years, providing reference for the comprehensive utilization of natural products. |
