      依托双一流农业高校平台,通过开设综合研究性实验课程,将新的科研成果融入本科实验教学,运用化学技术+农业应用的实验课程模式,培养乡村振兴需求的创新复合型人才。本实验设计了一种壳寡糖基纳米载体负载多菌灵杀菌剂,并对其制备方法、结构、药物缓控释及动力学模型、抑菌活性进行了研究。实验过程涵盖文献查阅、实验方案分析、小组模块实验、数据处理与结果讨论、汇报交流等环节,充分调动了学生的学习主动性,拓展了学生视野,强化了跨学科思维,提升了学生多学科专业基础知识、实验技能和创新能力,为培养兼备学科交叉融合知识体系和满足农业现代化需求的创新复合型人才提供支撑。

      Integrating new scientific research achievements into undergraduate experiments, applying the course model about chemistry technology and agricultural application, and cultivating versatile talents that meet the needs of the rural vitalization by designing comprehensive research-oriented experiments in “Double First-class” agricultural universities. This experiment designed a chitosan oligosaccharide-based nanocarriers loading carbendazim, and presented the preparation method, structure, controlled release of the pesticide, kinetic model and antibacterial activity. The experimental process involves the literature reviewing, experimental scheme design, group experiments, data processing and result discussion, which fully mobilizes students" learning initiative. It can not only broaden students" horizons, strengthen cross-disciplinary thinking and enhance students" multi-disciplinary professional knowledge, experimental skills and innovation ability, but also provide the support for cultivating innovative and compound talents and meeting the needs of agricultural modernization by an interdisciplinary knowledge system.
