      由于手性药物对映体在药理作用和生理活性上存在显著差异,手性药物对映体分离成为了分离和分析领域的研究热点及焦点之一。高效液相色谱(HPLC)手性固定相(CSPs)法,因其高效、快速等优点,已经成为手性药物对映体分离和检测的首选方法。Pirkle型CSPs是通过间隔臂将小分子化合物与硅胶载体结合制备而成,与聚合物CSPs相比,小分子CSPs的结构明确,有利于手性拆分机理的研究,是众多色谱固定相中应用广泛且极为重要的一类。本文根据手性选择剂(CS)的类型将Pirkle型CSPs进行了分类综述,并介绍了常用Pirkle型商品化CSPs在手性药物对映体分离中的应用。

      Due to the significant differences in pharmacological effects and physiological activities between enantiomers of chiral drugs, the separation of chiral drug enantiomers has become a prominent and focused research area in separation and analytical science. High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) using chiral stationary phases (CSPs), recognized for its high efficiency and rapid analysis, has emerged as the preferred method for the separation and detection of chiral drug enantiomers. Pirkle-type CSPs are prepared by covalently linking small molecular compounds to a silica gel support via a spacer arm. In contrast to polymeric CSPs, these small molecular CSPs possess well-defined structures, which greatly facilitates the study of chiral separation mechanisms, making them one of the most widely used and important classes of chromatographic stationary phases. This article provides a classified review of Pirkle-type CSPs based on the types of chiral selectors and introduces the applications of commonly used commercial Pirkle-type CSPs in the separation of chiral drug enantiomers.
