      基于荧光的化学传感器因其响应迅速、灵敏度高、成本效益好以及操作简便而备受关注。近年来,金属有机框架(MOFs)因其超高的孔隙率、灵活的可调性以及出色的发光特性被广泛用作构建荧光传感器。然而,单信号发射的MOFs容易受到浓度、环境和激发强度的影响,从而导致准确性不佳。为了克服这些缺陷,基于双发射MOFs的比率型荧光传感器被提出并迅速发展。本综述中,我们总结了双发射MOFs的构建策略以及基于双发射MOFs的比率型荧光传感器在各种分析行业中应用的最新进展。最后,我们探讨了双发射金属有机框架基比率荧光传感器面临的挑战及未来发展前景。
英文摘要:
      Fluorescence-based chemical sensors have garnered significant attention due to their rapid response, high sensitivity, cost-effectiveness and ease of operation. Recently, metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) have been extensively utilized as platforms for constructing fluorescence sensors, owing to their ultrahigh porosity, flexible tunability, and excellent luminescent properties. However, single-signal emitting MOFs are susceptible to interference from concentration, environment, and excitation intensity, resulting in poor accuracy. To overcome the shortcomings, dual-emission MOF-based ratiometric fluorescence sensors have been proposed and rapidly developed. In this review, we summarizes the constructing strategies of dual-emission MOFs, as well as the progress in the application of ratio fluorescence sensors based on dual-emission MOFs in various analytical industries. Finally, we discuss the current challenges and prospects for the future development of dual-emission metal-organic framework-based ratiometric fluorescence sensors.
