      以6-溴-2-萘酚和7-羟基香豆素为原料,首次合成了萘杂香豆素荧光团2,将其与2,4-二硝基氟苯反应构建了一种新型硫化氢荧光探针1。通过核磁共振氢谱、核磁共振碳谱和质谱表征其结构,并采用吸收光谱和荧光光谱研究了其对硫化氢的识别性能。荧光探针1本身无荧光,当对硫化氢进行识别时,由于2,4-二硝基苯醚裂解释放出萘杂香豆素荧光团2,荧光显著增强。研究结果表明,荧光探针1对硫化氢识别具有响应迅速(4 min)、灵敏度高(检出限为16.8 nmol/L)、选择性好、不受其他分析物干扰等优点,而且可通过在日光下从无色变为浅黄色和在365 nm紫外灯下从无色变为绿色的颜色变化快速简便检测硫化氢。

      The fluorophore of naphthalene hybrid coumarin 2 was synthesized for the first time using 6-bromo-2-naphthol and 7-hydroxycoumarin as raw materials. Then, it was reacted with 2,4-dinitrofluorobenzene to construct a novel fluorescent probe 1 for hydrogen sulfide. The structure of fluorescent probe 1 was characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and MS. The recognition performance of fluorescent probe 1 towards hydrogen sulfide was investigated by absorption and fluorescence spectra. Fluorescent probe 1 itself had no fluorescence. When it recognized hydrogen sulfide, the fluorescence emission was significantly enhanced due to the release of naphthalene hybrid coumarin 2 via the cleavage of 2,4-dinitrophenyl ether. The results indicated that fluorescent probe 1 can detect hydrogen sulfide with the advantages of rapid response (4 min), high sensitivity (detection limit of 16.8 nmol/L), good selectivity and no interference from other analytes. Moreover, fluorescent probe 1 can quickly and simply recognize hydrogen sulfide by the color change from colorless to pale yellow under daylight and from colorless to green under 365 nm UV light.
