| 近年来,恶性肿瘤的治疗由于靶向性差、药物副作用大和耐药性等问题面临着诸多挑战。并且单一治疗的效果已经满足不了临床的需求,多模态联合治疗已经逐步取代单一治疗登上了癌症治疗领域的舞台。随着纳米技术和生物材料科学的发展,多肽基纳米递药体系因其优良的生物相容性、载药能力和肿瘤靶向识别等独特优势在靶向治疗中受到广泛关注。这些纳米递药系统能够通过修饰表面多肽,实现对肿瘤细胞的选择性识别和药物的靶向释放。本文综述了多肽基纳米材料在靶向肿瘤化疗及其与其他治疗方式联合治疗效果的应用进展。通过对相关文献的综合分析,阐明多肽基纳米载体的优势、潜在机制以及临床应用前景。最后对多肽基纳米材料在精准靶向肿瘤治疗方向的未来发展和临床转化的潜在挑战进行了展望。 |

| In recent years, the treatment of malignant tumors has faced many challenges due to poor targeting, high drug side effects and drug resistance. Moreover, the effect of monotherapy can no longer meet the clinical needs, and multimodal combination therapy has gradually replaced monotherapy and stepped onto the stage of cancer treatment. With the development of nanotechnology and biomaterials science, polypeptide-based nano-drug delivery systems have received extensive attention in targeted therapy due to their unique advantages such as excellent biocompatibility, drug-carrying capacity and tumor-targeted recognition. These nano-drug delivery systems can achieve selective recognition of tumor cells and targeted release of drugs by modifying surface polypeptides. This paper reviews the progress of the application of polypeptide-based nanomaterials in targeting tumor chemotherapy and its combined therapeutic effects with other treatment modalities. Through a comprehensive analysis of relevant literature, the advantages, potential mechanisms, and clinical application prospects of polypeptide-based nanocarriers are elucidated. Finally, the future development of polypeptide-based nanomaterials in the direction of precision-targeted tumor therapeutics and the potential challenges of clinical transformation are prospected. |
