| 碳点是一类具有优良且独特光致发光性能的纳米材料。碳点因具有制备简单、原材料来源广泛、易于掺杂和表面修饰、荧光性能稳定等优点,具有广泛的应用前景。经修饰过的碳点表面具有大量的羟基、羧基和氨基等活性基团,可以与金属离子产生相互配位等作用,引发内滤光效应、静态猝灭效应、动态猝灭效应和荧光共振能量转移效应等,从而影响了碳点的光致发光现象而被应用于离子检测领域。本文重点阐述了近年来报导的碳点在对多种重金属离子(铜、银、铬、铁、汞、锌和铅等)的痕量、高灵敏检测的现状,并总结了检测机理,为今后碳点在离子检测领域的应用提供了理论依据和思路。 |

| Carbon dots are a class of nano materials with excellent and unique photoluminescence properties. Carbon dots have the advantages of simple preparation, wide source of raw materials, easy doping and surface modification, and stable fluorescence properties, so they have a wide application prospect. There are a large number of hydroxyl, carboxyl and amino active groups on the surface of the modified carbon points, which can interact with metal ions and cause internal filtration effect, static quenching effect, dynamic quenching effect and fluorescence resonance energy transfer effect, etc., thus affecting the photoluminescence phenomenon of carbon points and being applied in the field of ion detection. This paper focuses on the recent reports of carbon dots in the detection of trace amounts of heavy metal ions (copper, silver, chromium, iron, mercury, zinc and lead, etc.), and summarizes the detection mechanism, which provides theoretical basis and ideas for the future application of carbon dots in the field of ion detection. |
