苯基萘类木脂素内酯是一广泛分布于植物界的含有苯基萘骨架的天然产物。这些天然产物拥有广泛的生物活性,从而引起了人们的高度重视,成为近年来较活跃的研究领域之一。本文综述了近年来α-苯基萘类木脂素内酯化合物的化学合成方法,旨在为该类化合物的合成及开发提供参考。

英文摘要:

Arylnaphthalene lignan lactones, widely distributed in plants, are a class of natural products containing the phenyl-naphthyl skeleton. Some of these have attracted considerable attention of many scientists for decades because of their wide biological activities. This article reviews the recent progress of chemical synthesis of α-arylnaphthalene lignan lactones, aimed at guiding significance to the syntheses and clinical development of α-arylnaphthalene lignan lactones.
