碘作用下吲哚及其衍生物与芳香环硫醇类化合物的直接硫醚化反应,在吲哚3位形成C-S键。在温和的反应条件下,多种杂环硫醇能够与吲哚反应得到高产率的3位硫醚化合物。

英文摘要:

Iodine mediated oxidative 3-sulfenylation of indoles with heterocyclicthiols and phenylthiols has been developed. In this method, indoles react with multiple thiols smoothly under mild conditions, and obtain various 3-sufanylindoles in good to excellent yields.
