以醋酸乌利司他为起始原料，乙二醇选择性保护3-羰基得到缩酮物，然后经21-甲基碘代、取代、水解、甲基化，最后脱保护，酯化得到醋酸特拉司酮。

英文摘要:

Telapristone acetate was synthesized from ulipristal acetate as the starting material through protection of the 3-Carbonyl group, iodination, substitution, methylation, deprotection of 3-carbonyl and acetylation of 17-hydroxy group.
