| Revaprazan hydrochloride is a new reversible proton pump inhibition which has been on the market,The expensive 1-methyl-1, 2, 3, 4-tetrahydroisoquinoline as key intermediate is used in the synthesis process. This paper reviewed the synthetic methods of intermediates and revaprazan hydrochloride and discussed the disadvantages and advantages of various methods. |
